Silver Bullet.

Ruth Ann and Scott, two experienced Van Lifers came to us when stepping up from their Westy of many years to their new ‘Silver Bullet’, a 2020 AWD Transit medium roof. This van is one of our Stage Build Vans, where we lay the foundation and build the basics to get them on the road, then they are coming back in the Spring of 2021 to take care of Stage II.

In Stage I we insulated and paneled, ran all of the wiring, built a Highlander aluminum platform bed, and put in enough power to keep them off grid for a long time, including 300AH of LIPo batteries, 3000W inverter/charger, Victron user interface, and a 360W solar panel on the roof mounted on custom Ruhne Racing low profile crossbars.

Stage II will consist of a galley, additional storage, a 12V chest style fridge and more. Stay tuned for the evolution of this van!
