What we did:
Credence and Amy first came to us a couple of years ago for a fan and a Highlander Bed. They were going to use their simplybuilt van for road trips while also traveling around the world by air, then well, Covid hit. Seeing as air travel is/was full stop they decided to put the funds into a full build for their Quigly converted Transit “Sir Vancelot’. They had a really good idea of what they wanted from the ‘Glamping’ they had been doing and already had a little Goal Zero for power, so it was a fairly simple process of connecting the dots to get them a cool build of a van.
We added solar to keep the GZ topped up, a wheel well water tank from our friends at Northwest Van Conversions under a custom built cabinet for the electrical and some storage tucked behind the galley with a slide out tray for the Dometic fridge. Opposite of that we built a comfy bench to lounge on with storage under, as well as a toilet and a Propex heater. We hung an instant hot H20 shower from Go Shower on the back door and with quick connects, we plumbed hot water back up to the galley sink. With indestructible coin flooring, they are set for miles of smiles!
