Beluga Mobile Ski Chalet.

Michael and his wife are return customers, we had previously done some work on their 144 Sprinter. When the time came to expand to a 170 4×4 Sprinter to get them up to the back country for skiing, they also had many unique requirements.

To allow the ability to work remotely, we installed a WIFI and cellular extender, flip up work/dining table inside with a 2 person bench seat and oh, yeah, room for 4 (Four!) dog crates! The build actually started with just 3, but when a rescue pup jumps into your hearts, you have to make changes!

We designed and custom fabricated out first ever ‘Half Murph’ bed to allow for getting to all of the dogs, but still have room for ski storage, we even stashed one dog crate under the 75L 12V fridge! We are keeping them warm with an Espar heater, lots of insulation, and Strawfoot window covers. We future-proofed the van, making it solar ready amongst other things.
